Professional Development Coach
Jeff began his long term care career in 1974 as an orderly/nursing assistant in a Kansas City nursing home. With hard work and determination, Jeff became the facility's bookkeeper. After returning to school and training with the administrator, he earned his license for Nursing Home Administrator. After working as an Administrator/Lead Administrator for nearly twenty years, Jeff joined the National Association of Health Care Assistants, NAHCA, as the Membership Director.
After ten years of service to NAHCA members, he became self-employed in real estate and worked in long term care administration.
Jeff has supported and advocated for NAHCA and NAHCA members since it was founded in 1995. He has donated countless volunteer hours to the Association and has always worked to help further NAHCA's mission.
In 2005, Jeff was recipient of NAHCA's prestigious Focus Award for his unwavering dedication. After coming full circle, Jeff has returned to NAHCA as Senior Vice President, Membership Services. He is honored to once again be serving NAHCA members.
